Danielle M. Tipton is an operations and nonprofit leader with more than a decade of experience strengthening organizations through scalable systems, financial and people operations, and strategic execution.
As Director of Operations for the Entrepreneurship Center for Growth and Excellence (ECGE), Danielle leads operational infrastructure, financial systems, HR processes, and workflows that support growth, service delivery, and leadership continuity.
Previously, Danielle spent more than seven years with The Literacy Council of Central Alabama, advancing to Chief Operating Officer and Interim Executive Director, where she oversaw finance, budgeting, HR, strategic planning, board engagement, and major organizational initiatives.
Her background also includes healthcare operations leadership with Ascension St. Vincent’s Women’s Health and Sarrell Regional Dental and Eye Center, with experience in reporting, process improvement, team leadership, and multi-site operations.
Danielle is known for building accountable, efficient systems that support sustainable growth across nonprofit operations, financial management, strategic planning, organizational development, change management, policy development, and executive support.
A committed community leader, Danielle serves on the Board of Trustees of Galilee Baptist Church, is a member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham, and is a graduate of Lead Early Birmingham, Momentum Upward, and the Apparo Technology Foundations Cohort. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from The University of Alabama.
